At Community Eye Center Optometry, we offer comprehensive exams that cover aspects of your vision and eye health. We start with questions regarding your daily life, hobbies and any symptoms you may be experiencing at home or at work. We also take record finding from your vision devices, medications, and overall health. Then our optometrists begin performing a visual exam to take a look at your eye, eyelids and muscle balance. This is done with magnification and light, and may require steps to dilate the pupils of your eye. We also record your eye pressure with tonometry and document your peripheral vision results with perimetry, both of which are important tests to identify patients at risk of developing glaucoma.
After these tests, we review the results and discuss treatment options or corrective lens choices. Contact us at (323) 778-7799 today to schedule your eye exam.
